Incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping company, and/or package rejection by the recipient all preclude us from issuing refunds.

Taxes and Duties:

Delivery of products outside of India is done on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the prices listed for the products do not include any import taxes, customs fees, or local levies. You are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs charges, and municipal taxes as the product's recipient. Delivery of the merchandise requires payment of these taxes or levies. Due to the fact that duties differ from one nation to another, we are unable to estimate the exact amount.

Shipping Cost:

- Shipping within India is free for all orders.

- All overseas orders that are being shipped outside of India will be charged a fixed delivery fee of Rs. 5,000.

- In case you want express shipping, you can write to us at ylnmofficial@gmail.com. Request for Express Shipping, the cost for the same will be communicated to you at that time.

C.O.D:

- For any orders placed within India or outside of the country, we do not provide Cash On Delivery.

 

Return Policy

- We do not provide refunds or exchanges on any items once they have been sold because all of our clothing and accessories are Made-to-Measure/Order.

- Unknown items could be sent back to the sender.

- We follow a strict no cancellation policy as all orders will be customised to your size and preference

- All outfits are NON REFUNDABLE OR NON EXCHANGABLE

Alterations:

-Within seven working days of receiving the product, you may ship it back to us at the address listed on your invoice after sending us an email that has been properly acknowledged. Be sure to share the courier company's information and the tracking number with us. Any harm to the merchandise that occurs during your end of the transaction is not our responsibility.

Terms Of Service

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly supplied goods:

Before accepting the package from the logistics service provider or courier, the customer is urged to verify the ordered products and amount on the invoice.

Please make a note on the delivery receipt to inform the logistics service provider or courier of any discrepancies or package damage before signing for the merchandise.

Colours:

We have done all in our power to accurately reflect the colours of our products on Yeh Lehenga Nahi Mehenga. We can't promise that your monitor will accurately reflect a color, though, as different computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices exist.
